Creativity: Go!

Creativity: Go!

Presented by Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council at Online/Virtual Space

In this uplifting workshop, local artists Joanna and Lauren will share mindset shifts and exercises to help you access a creative flow state, identify blocks and limiting beliefs, and find joy in the process. They will share tips and tools from their own practices that include guided meditation, movement, mark-making and discuss ways of inviting more creativity into our lives. Come prepared with paper and your favorite writing materials.
