The Latin American Cultural Union (LACU) is a volunteer-based, 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization in Pittsburgh whose membership promote Latin American & Caribbean cultures, creates strategies to increase its visibility in the region, and works to foster cross-cultural connections & alliances.
