Improv Pop-Up Workshop & Comedy Show
Ever watch Whose Line Is It Anyway and wonder how they do it? Maybe you’ve been to a show at Arcade and thought “That looks like fun!” Well, now you can try it out and learn how it’s done!
This monthly, two and a half hour class is open to everyone and tailored specifically for those brand new to improv. If you have never done (or even seen) improv before, this will allow you to dip your toes in the comedy water in a low-pressure environment. Starting with a social wine mixer with the instructors, you will learn what improv is, how it works, and have some fun while asking all the questions you have. Your registration also includes a free ticket to the 8PM Thursday show happeningView more
INDIVIDUAL DATES & TIMES*
Additional time info:
The Pop-Up class runs from 6 pm – 7:45 pm. Arrive a little early to have some time to chat and enjoy free wine (probably Franzia – it’s just more fun that way).
This class also gets you a free ticket to our Thursday night 8 pm show The Playlist! This is an improv comedy show with scenes inspired by live musicians from the Pittsburgh music scene. Come out to see some improvised imitations of life inspired this month’s musical guest: Matt Aquiline & The Dead End Streets
943 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222
We’re right in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh’s Cultural District, that means the Arcade is easy to find and there’s plenty of parking!
